Belinda Churchill has almost two decades of experience in the areas of staff, leader, and culture development. She is passionate about people and gains fulfillment through helping staff and leaders reach their full potential while increasing engagement levels and positively impacting organization culture. Her expertise is in the areas of needs assessment, design and development, and facilitation. Belinda graduated from the University of Phoenix with magna cum laude distinction in both a Bachelors Degree in Human Services and a Masters Degree in Psychology. For the past two years, she has been an adjunct faculty member at Webster University, teaching various undergraduate psychology courses. She holds the SHRM-SCP certification and will obtain the CPLP certification from ATD in mid-2016.
