ANMED Health’s Journey to Winner of National ASTD Best Learning Organization Award, presented by Jeff Sinkele and Myron Hosea

AnMed Health was recognized as #15 in the 2010 top 31 Very Best Learning Organizations by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) for its best practice of quarterly Gold Standard Leadership retreats where they focused on developing leaders and building a culture of accountability. Come and hear from two of AnMed Health’s Organizational Development Consultants as they share the details of AnMed Health’s Quest for the Best. Myron Hosea and Jeff Sinkele will discuss the ASTD BEST application process, the benefits of this process especially if recognized, and the value of the “Learn from the BEST” conference in Washington DC where the award was presented.

About the Presenters

Myron Hosea has been an Organizational Development (OD) Consultant in Training & OD at AnMed Health since 2003. In this role, he develops and implements programs focused on training, leadership development, organizational development, and strategic initiatives. Hosea has 24 years experience in health care marketing, PR, employee communications, community relations, and training/OD. In addition to having worked in the telecom industry, he began his career as a journalist and currently is a freelance sportswriter for daily newspapers such as the Greenville News and for national websites such as College Sporting News. He resides in Greenville and is married with two daughters and a granddaughter.

Jeff Sinkele, CPLP, has worked in OD for over 15 years. A Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, Jeff currently works as an OD consultant at AnMed Health in Anderson SC. Jeff has a long history as a member of ASTD (local and national) and as a board member of our Upstate SC ASTD Chapter.
